Our Leadership Team
Harry Gill, CEO & Co-Founder
Harry completed his Bachelor of Sciences in Bioinformatics at The University of Birmingham before joining the FinTech industry heading up operations for EMEA from London. He founded envisage dental in 2014 with his wife, Sandy, and is responsible for the overall growth of the business with a particular focus on seeking out the best dental clinics in and around South East & South West England. When not looking for new clinics, Harry works with the teams to ensure alignment to goals and delivering on the brand promise to patients to bring out the best version of themselves.
Outside of work Harry enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Dr Sandy Dau, COO & Co-Founder
Sandy graduated with Distinction from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Sandy completed extensive further training in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry and has practised for over a decade in private healthcare. Sandy furthered her training and attained the prestigious Membership of Joint Dental Faculty from the Royal College of Surgeons and with the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia.
Sandy is responsible for the clinical and operational aspect of the business ensuring teams are able to offer feel good dentistry with clear results whilst maintaining Care Quality Commission Standards. Sandy ensures a safe and clean environment for patient care as well as the correct support for our dentists to perform the best dentistry possible.
Stephanie Turner, Business Manager
Steph is our business manager responsible for the running of our Basingstoke & Alton boutique dental clinics. Steph has previous experience of managing multiple sites and ensures the day to day running of the clinic is smooth with teams aligned to offer feel good dentistry with clear results. Steph trained in the army and has 10 years management experience in dentistry. Outside of work Steph likes travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Jo Davis, Business Manager
Jo is our business manager responsible for the running of our Emsworth boutique clinic. Jo has been with envisage for over 10 years, starting her career as a nurse and then moving on to front desk and finally management. Jo is focused on making life easy for her team so that they can give all their attention to patient care. Outside of work Jo is married with two young boys (Sam and Ben) who keep her busy!
Rachel Gomer, Business Manager
Rachel is responsible for our dental clinic in Ferndown and has been with the practice for over 20 years. Her breadth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of management from finance, HR, marketing and operations has meant Rachel leads one of our largest teams in the group.
Corinne Sanwell, Finance
Corinne is responsible for group financial reporting to ensure the business is running efficiently by ensuring financial budgets are met to re-invest in the business for growth. Corinne has extensive experience in finance in manufacturing industries and has an eye for detail.
Tom Dixon, Operations Director
Tom is our Operations Director having 7 years experience in managing multiple sites and teams. Tom is responsible for ensuring our clinics have the correct support to deliver outstanding patient care with minimal fuss. Tom originally trained in the Royal Navy Forces before commencing a career in nursing and quickly moving to management responsibilities.
