Smile Makeover

All of our boutique dental clinics offer a transformational smile makeover experience, with treatments designed for clear results.

This can range from a simple teeth whitening service to the inclusion of premium quality veneers. We understand how important it is to be able to smile with confidence and eat without fear of unforeseen breakages. Our experienced teams offer full private cosmetic dentistry and take the time to fully understand your concerns and requirements beforehand. This ensures we can make a real long-term difference to your smile.

Envisage Smile Makeover Transformation

We offer a full smile consultation, which includes discussing the following:

  • Teeth whitening
  • Teeth straightening
  • Crowns
  • Veneers

Here at envisage we ensure your chosen technique works alongside the way your teeth function in your everyday life. We also offer cosmetic white fillings, dentures, bridges, teeth implants and many more cosmetic dentistry treatments. These treatments combine to bring out the best version of your smile possible.

Premium Quality Veneers

A veneer is made to fit over the front surface of a tooth. It is usually made from porcelain and acts much like a false fingernail. In some cases you can get a natural-colour composite material instead of porcelain. Having veneers in place can improve the shape, colour and appearance of your smile completely. You may even choose a precise shade of porcelain to match the rest of your teeth.

Very little prior preparation is required either, which is good news if you’re a particularly nervous patient. Our dental teams undergo extensive post-graduate education and training to continually meet the "gold standard" in this profession. We offer a range of dental services and have a wealth of experience addressing weak, damaged or missing teeth.

Dental Crowns

Cosmetic dental crowns offer a strong and reinforcing outer 'cap' to protect damaged, cracked or broken teeth when a filling will not suffice. This will enable you to chew with comfort and smile with confidence. As they encompass the remaining 'core' of your natural tooth underneath, they reduce your risk of further breakages, and meanwhile rebuild the tooth's natural shape. A dental crown covers the entire tooth surface all the way to the gum line. You can always be assured that our approach is as preservative as possible.

Teeth Whitening

Modern dentistry means that a bright and confident smile is now an accessible and affordable luxury for everyone. Tooth whitening is a quick and safe way to refresh and transform your smile – resulting in a healthy and more youthful appearance. Treatment is pain-free and convenient and results can be seen from the first application.

Your dentist will take impressions of your teeth and special trays will be made for you. Your dentist will supply you with a home whitening kit, show you how to use it and give you full instructions. After a 2 or 3 week period, depending on your requirements your dentist will then review your whitening progress. Tooth whitening is safe and suitable for use on the majority of people. It is normally possible to remove stains from most teeth – even those that are considered dead due to root damage.

Teeth with particularly bad staining as a result of tetracycline or fluorosis may not respond to treatment – or may require several doses. Prosthetic devices such as crowns, fillings, dentures and bridges can’t be whitened, but your dentist can offer simple solutions to this. Treatment should be pain-free although you may notice a slight increase in sensitivity of the teeth and gums which should improve within 24 hours of treatment finishing.

Professional tooth whitening is a safe, predictable and non-destructive way to rapidly brighten your smile. So many of our patients tell us that they didn't realise how much of a boost to their self-confidence it would bring until after they had tried professional whitening. We offer a number of solutions to controllably achieve the result you desire to achieve a natural-looking result.

The envisage team has a wealth of experience in providing a number of tooth whitening systems, and we have carried out post-graduate training to ensure we can offer care which puts your health and wellbeing at the core of everything we do. As always, we treat your mouth as we would treat our own and help you bring out the best version of yourself.

Dental Veneers

A veneer is a thin layer of tooth coloured material put onto the front of a tooth to make it look better. The tooth might have been damaged by decay or accident or be discoloured. Our highly trained team of dentists can offer life changing treatment through dentistry with clear results. Veneers are a way of transforming your smile and bringing out the best version in you!

White Fillings

Our dental team has invested in many hours of post-graduate education to develop the skill and artistic flair needed to create cosmetic white fillings that look and feel fantastic. By choosing these fillings, you can smile, talk, laugh, and eat in complete confidence knowing that your teeth look perfectly natural.

We increasingly find that our clients opt for tooth-coloured ("composite") fillings instead of grey-looking ("amalgam") or gold fillings, as they not only restore the strength of your tooth by adhering to the tooth, but also retain the aesthetics of your smile. Cosmetic fillings can be matched to the shade, translucency and even the texture of your natural teeth, making them almost unnoticeable.

Unlike silver amalgam restorations, white composite restorations stick to the teeth meaning they are often used to repair chipped, broken or decayed teeth (especially at the front of your mouth). Our dental clinicians may sometimes use white restorations for back teeth if there is not too much decay or damage.

Cosmetic Veneers

Porcelain veneers are hand crafted, often wafer thin and cover the front surface of the tooth, and they are used to rectify many defects and irregularities. Porcelain veneers are a cosmetic dental to solution to improving the appearance of your teeth in a very short period of time. A veneer is a very thin layer of porcelain applied to the front surface of your tooth to improve its’ appearance and disguise the irregularities underneath.

We use veneers to correct a number of concerns, whether your teeth are crooked, uneven, chipped, gapped, protruding or discoloured. The number of veneers you have will depend on the level of perfection you are looking for. Usually we veneer the teeth from the centre outwards, and do them in multiples of two so that you always have symmetry.

In most cases just 2 pain-free appointments are needed to complete the veneering process. The appointments last on average 90 minutes. We endeavour to make the whole experience as pain-free and relaxed as possible. Modern techniques mean that, even if you do require local anaesthetic, this can be undertaken with the minimum amount of discomfort – no more than a scratch is all you will feel, and you’ll be able to return to work pretty much straight away.

Tooth Reshaping

This treatment is often known as contouring of teeth. Tooth reshaping involves careful adjustment to your teeth to create better shapes and sizes to enhance your smile. Tooth reshaping can either be done alone, or in conjunction with porcelain veneers to correct other teeth shapes. Tooth reshaping involves a tooth being contoured or filed into a slightly better shape to make it look better. The tips of your teeth can often be a little out of shape, or one tooth is a little longer than another, and filing the tip slightly, can improve the appearance of your tooth and your smile.

Tooth contouring is commonly used when the upper teeth have been veneered, and you want to improve the appearance of the lower teeth without having to veneer them. Often your lower teeth can be a little bit crooked, and filing the tips of them along the biting edge can give them the illusion of them being straighter.
