Lisa and her family

Lisa had been coming to envisage dental for a number of years and her children were now aged 5 and 8. Before the membership program was launched, Lisa would pay for her children’s Dental Health Check and any additional treatment needed. Lisa wanted to encourage her children to have good oral health habits and not to be scared of visiting the dentist.

How membership helped

Lisa decided on her next visit with the children that she would enrol them in the Gold Membership program, to encourage regular visits and get to know the clinic and staff. By becoming members the children understood dental visits should be a regular habit and not something to worry about.

Outcome

Both kids joined on the day and received membership cards for Lisa to take care of on their behalf. They also received our children’s welcome pack which explains oral health and dental terminology in a child friendly way.

What did Lisa say?

"I took the children for their annual assessment as usual and had already received the membership details in the post. I had said to the children wouldn’t it be good for you to be a member at envisage like mummy is, and they both agreed! When we went for our Dental Health Check the girls on front desk asked if we would like the children to join the Gold Membership program. The kids were excited as they got a shiny gold card as well as a welcome pack. They are still a little nervous with the dentist but the membership has really helped them feel less anxious and part of the clinic. I would highly recommend it - plus the kids are covered for any dental emergencies whilst they are growing up!"

How to get child membership

If you would like to enrol your children as envisage members simply request more information from the front desk, where they would be delighted to help.
