Our Dental Membership Rules

  • It is a condition to acceptance on our dental plan that all patients have good standard of dental health before being accepted onto the plan. New patients shall undergo an initial dental examination with one of our dentists to determine their general dental health. If there are dental treatments required to bring the patient's dental health up to the standard required for the plan, the dentist shall inform the patient what is required and the charges for those treatments.
  • By signing up to the dental plan you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; you agree to pay all fees on time (collected by direct debit).
  • All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Our standard terms and conditions governing appointment cancellation charges in practice apply.
  • A deposit may be required at the start of any treatment you receive.
  • Full and prompt payment must be made to be eligible to receive the agreed discount.
  • Being a member of the plan entitles you to receive a 10% discount on all of the treatments carried out by your dentist in the practice that you attend for your dental appointments.
  • The 10% treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion available in practice.
  • You must be 18 years old or over to be eligible to sign up to the dental plan.
  • We reserve the right to change or withdraw the plan at any time and with prior written notification.
  • You may not post, distribute or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining owner permission of such rights.
  • If you default on two successive payments, we will inform you that your plan has been cancelled. Insurance cover will cease from the date of the first failed payment and no insurance claims during this period will be paid.
  • If you fail to reinstate payment of the monthly fees and are removed from the plan, any outstanding treatments will be charged at the full price of the original treatment cost.
  • If you cancel your plan, any outstanding treatment plan that has been estimated utilising the 10% discount benefit will be re-calculated and a new treatment plan will be issued to you detailing the full cost of the treatment.
  • You must cancel your plan in writing giving 30 days’ notice.
  • You will attend the practice when asked to do so for treatment or examination purposes. If you fail to attend an appointment or fail to give your dentist 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, this appointment will count as one of the annual appointments available under the plan. If you fail to attend the second appointment as well as the first, we shall be entitled to terminate this agreement.
  • The monthly fee and treatment discount does not cover prescription fees or laboratory fees reasonably charged by the dentist, which must be paid in addition. These fees will be clearly detailed in your treatment plan.
  • Monthly fees will be reviewed on an annual basis; we reserve the right to increase these fees giving members at least 30 day’s written notice.
  • Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be settled by arbitration if they cannot be settled through our complaints procedure
  • We are not responsible for processing your Direct Debit payments for the dental plan, this will be handled by a third party company specialising in this area.

Gold Dental Membership & Insurance Plan

Becoming a Gold Member means you have peace of mind for your annual dental needs and will give you the following benefits:

  • Two Dental Health Checks per annum (saving you 20% if you were to pay as you go)
  • Two Hygiene sessions per annum (saving you 20% if you were to pay as you go)
  • 10% off all private treatment needs, cosmetic, restorative or functional

No minimum contract and you can join immediately without assessment to start receiving benefits. Fees vary from £13.50 to £17.50 per month depending on your clinic fees but all members ultimately receive 20% discount off annual Dental Health Checks and Hygiene by becoming a member plus enjoy the benefits above.

Platinum Dental Membership & Insurance Plan

Becoming a Platinum Member means full cover and will give you the following benefits:

  • Dental Health Checks as clinically required per annum
  • Hygiene sessions as clinically required and depending on your category per annum
  • 100% off all private treatment needs, cosmetic, restorative or functional*
  • Implant cover through trauma
  • Redundancy cover for 12 months
  • Late, early and weekend appointments given first refusal to Members
  • Dedicated treatment coordinator
  • Nationwide emergency cover to see any dentist
  • Worldwide dental accident and emergency cover
  • Oral cancer cover
  • Hospital cash benefit
  • 24-hour emergency helpline

* you just have to pay for any external laboratory bills.

To become a Platinum Member you must come in for an assessment where your dentist will assess the condition of your oral health which will determine which band you will fall into and therefore the monthly cost to your dental cover. Monthly prices range from £15 to £60 depending on your oral health. No minimum contract.

Become a GOLD member & save 10%

Our GOLD Members enjoy 10% off all treatment as well as complimentary 2 x Dental Health Checks and 2 x Hygiene cleans each year. Members also benefit from nationwide emergency cover, redundancy cover, implant cover, worldwide cover and supplementary insurance.
