Durban Dental Centre in Crowborough have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a great team at our predominantly private practice. We are looking for an ambitious and commercial leader who will relish the accountability of being truly empowered to make decisions and be excited by the opportunity to drive growth. Dental experience is essential, preferably practice management, although we could consider a strong Head Nurse capable of stepping into a PM role.

You’ll have a fantastic team to manage - experienced, welcoming, and supportive, and we can also offer you an instant peer support group of like-minded Practice Managers with plenty of opportunities to learn from and share ideas with each other through regular regional meetings, social events, and our legendary Summer Party. You will also have the benefit of being supported by an experienced regional manager, a marketing team, finance teams, and other teams of experts.

We are a growing group with future opportunities opening out as we scale up for ambitious Practice Managers who want to develop further.

About the Practice

We are a large 7 surgery tailor-made practice in a bright and airy detached building, specially adapted for dentistry and situated within beautiful grounds.

Crowborough is at the edge of Ashdown Forest in the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty near Tunbridge Wells and East Grinstead. Crowborough train station is a mile away with connections to London Bridge (55 minutes). In addition, we have a large and free staff and patient car park.

• Hours – Full-time, 5 days per week.
