We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager / Business Manager to lead a great team at Guildford Dental Centre, Guildford. We are looking for an ambitious and commercial leader who will relish the accountability of being truly empowered to make decisions and be excited by the opportunity to drive growth within this well established fully private practice. Dental experience is always advantageous, but this role could also appeal to strong leaders from other healthcare or relatable consumer focussed sectors.

You’ll have a fantastic team to manage - experienced, welcoming, and supportive, and we can also offer you an instant peer support group of like-minded Practice Managers with plenty of opportunities to learn from and share ideas with each other through regular regional meetings, social events and our legendary Summer Party. You will also have the benefit of being supported by an experienced regional manager, a marketing team, finance teams, and other teams of experts.

We are a growing group with future opportunities opening out as we scale up for ambitious Practice Managers who want to develop further.

About the Practice

We are perfectly located in the heart of Guildford and directly across from Guildford train station, providing an easy commute for anyone on a train line connected to Guildford. We are a well respected modern four surgery practice providing private general dentistry, Implants, Perio, Endo and Oral Surgery.   

About You

You will be the type of person that relishes responsibility and leads by example, setting the tone to inspire others. Proven leadership experience is key whether this is as a Dental Practice Manager or in other transferable unit leadership roles.

• Hours – 4 or 5 days per week. We are open to a conversation about specific hours and days
