If everything runs smoothly, you could complete in as little as 12 weeksalthough there are often a few hurdles along the way. Getting prepared early will be crucial to reaching your goals.

Whilst the due diligence itself can be intense, we are experienced at helping you to make sure this is as short as possible with the key objective being to verify the financial performance of your practice and some legal points around employment and contracts.
