Building great teams: Envisage CEO Harry Gill named CEO of the Year
Great teams. Strong leadership.
Envisage Dental CEO and Co-Founder Harry Gill has been named CEO of the Year – Large Group (21–99 Practices) at the Dentist Times Power List Awards 2026, recognising his leadership and the continued development of the group.
The award recognises a period of significant growth for Envisage, alongside its commitment to patient experience, responsible business and the strength of its local clinics.
In their comments, the judges highlighted Envisage's growth to more than 85 clinics, turnover exceeding £100 million following growth of more than 60%, and its sustained patient Net Promoter Score (NPS), measured across 28,000 responses.
They also recognised Envisage's leadership in independently verified B Corp standards.
Strong leaders define a strong reputation.
One of Envisage's five core beliefs is that strong leaders define a strong reputation.
For Harry, leadership is about much more than growing a business. It's about the people around him, the environment they create together and the experience delivered to patients every day.
Reflecting on the award, Harry acknowledged the importance of learning from others and credited the talented colleagues across Envisage for the group's achievements.
It's a philosophy that sits at the heart of the business: great local clinics, strong leadership and a wider community where people can learn from and support one another.
Stronger together than alone.
Another of Envisage's core beliefs is that we're stronger together than alone, and most answers are in the room.
Every Envisage clinic brings its own history, expertise, patient relationships and local identity. The group's ambition is to preserve those strengths while creating opportunities to share knowledge, access specialist support and continue improving together.
Harry believes that Envisage is only as good as its last clinic, and that the group can only get better when the people and practices within it get better too.
That belief extends from the clinicians delivering patient care to the Clinic Managers leading local teams and the colleagues providing support across the wider business.
Growth matters, but so does what that growth makes possible for the practices, people and patients who are part of Envisage.
Recognition beyond growth.
The judges' comments reflect the breadth of Envisage's development.
Alongside commercial performance, the recognition highlighted the group's patient experience and commitment to independently verified responsible business standards.
As a Certified B Corporation, Envisage is committed to balancing business performance with its wider responsibilities to people, communities and the environment.
These achievements reflect an ambition to build a dental group where commercial success, excellent patient care and responsible business practices support one another.
A proud moment for everyone at Envisage.
In his own reflections following the award, Harry described the people around him as the best team in the world and emphasised that the interaction between patient and clinician is ultimately what matters most.
The recognition comes ahead of Envisage's annual OneTeam event, which brings together leaders and Hub colleagues to share ideas, strengthen relationships and celebrate the people behind the business.
For Envisage, the award is an opportunity to celebrate Harry's leadership and recognise the contribution of the many colleagues and local clinics who help bring the group's beliefs to life.
Congratulations, Harry, on being named CEO of the Year at the Dentist Times Power List Awards 2026.
Stronger together than alone.
