Our founders
Dr Sandy Dau and Harry Gill founded Envisage Dental in 2014 with the first clinic purchased in February 2014. Their purpose has remained the same, to deliver the best experience at every interaction. Early on they recognised that it takes a team to create a great clinic, so they focussed on creating a culture that empowers teams and puts patients at the centre of everything they do. After successfully having several clinics join their group, a long-term vision of redefining group dentistry was born, where we bring together truly exceptional private dental clinics that share our patient led purpose.
Sandy and Harry are proud to be one of the only groups founded by a Dentist and still majority owned by founders and senior management team. This truly creates a long-term approach to building a great group.

Lived experience at the heart of a UK dental group
Dr Sandy Dau brings the perspective of a practising dentist, with a clear understanding of clinical standards, patient care and the day-to-day realities of running a dental practice. Her experience ensures that clinical considerations and patient outcomes remain central to every decision Envisage makes.
Harry Gill brings a commercial and operational perspective shaped by senior leadership roles in international businesses prior to founding Envisage Dental. Before co-founding Envisage in 2014, he worked closely with business owners navigating growth, governance and long-term planning.
Together, their combined experience provides Envisage with a balanced and grounded approach, blending clinical leadership with commercial insight and practical understanding.
This experience is not theoretical. It is rooted in real-world decision-making, responsibility and long-term thinking, all of which continue to shape how Envisage supports practices today.

Since joining, Envisage have helped with strategy planning and investment which has enabled a lot of practice growth.
We’ve introduced a digital pathway for patients, investing in new technology and equipment. We’ve also recently extended the practice, building a separate hygiene suite to focus on preventative perio for our patients.
