Raising Standards As We Grow
Growth only matters if standards rise with it.
This year, we revamped our compliance framework, giving clinics clearer structure and stronger governance support. This gives our clinics confidence ensuring consistent, inspection-ready standards all year round. We’ve strengthened our prevention-led approach to care, rolling out Guided Biofilm Therapy across the network with the right training and support in place. We also introduced AI tools to help clinicians feel more confident and have clearer conversations with patients.
Every change has been about doing what’s right for our clinical teams and our patients and built to last.
Responsible Growth in Action
We’re proud to be the first B Corp-certified dental group in the UK. – That commitment shapes how we make decisions, and how we hold ourselves accountable.
Believing that we are stronger together than we are alone means sustainability is shared work. Teams across the Group now contribute to ESG oversight through a dedicated working group, while our partnership with Ecologi continues to support verified carbon avoidance and removal projects. Earlier this year, that approach was recognised with finalist status in the Lloyds Sustainable Business of the Year Award.
Whether that is through collaboration with our clinics or partnerships that support global sustainability projects, responsibility underpins how we perform and how we grow.
