Isca Dental and Implant Centre in Newport, South Wales have a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager on a part- or full-time basis to lead a great team at our advanced private dental practice.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercial leader who has great people management skills and will relish the accountability of being truly empowered to make decisions and be excited by the opportunity to drive growth.

You’ll have a fantastic team to manage - experienced, welcoming, and supportive, and we can also offer you an instant peer support group of like-minded Practice Managers with plenty of opportunities to learn from and share ideas with each other through regular regional meetings, social events, and our legendary Summer Party.

You will also have the benefit of being supported by an experienced regional manager, a marketing team, finance teams, and other teams of experts.

We are a growing group with future opportunities opening out as we scale up for ambitious Practice Managers who want to develop further.

About the Practice

We are a 3-surgery advanced private practice offering general dental services alongside implants, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and facial aesthetics.

Isca Dental and Implant Centre is located in the heart of the prosperous Roman town of Caerleon, Southeast Wales. We are in a town centre location with a local train and bus station nearby.

• Hours – Part or Full time (3 days minimum or full time can be accommodated)
• Dental experience is not essential
• Experience within a management role is essential
