Since co-founders, Harry and Sandy, purchased our first clinic in 2014, our purpose has remained the same - to deliver the best experience at every interaction. Working hands on with this clinic, they recognised early on that it takes a team to create a great clinic, so they focussed on creating a culture at Envisage Dental that champions heritage, builds on legacy and empowers local teams to put our patient led purpose first.
Milestones
2014
Dr Sandy Dau & Harry Gill purchase Marshall Dental in Basingstoke.
2015
‘enVisage-Emsworth’ purchased with name adopted to create the Envisage Dental brand.
2016
First Finance & Operations team members hired, working out of Basingstoke clinic.
2017
We grow to 5 clinics.
2018
Shortlisted for ‘The Telegraph Top 50 Ambitious Leaders’.
2019
Envisage Dental recognised for double digit rapid growth over the last 3 years by The Sunday Times FastTrack 100 league table.
2020
Record months of trading after Covid-19
2021
Finalist at the Dental Industry Awards for Best Corporate Group.
2022
First practice to join us outside of England, in Wales.
2023
First national dental group to receive B Corp certification

The future for us feels lighter and safer than it was.
Since joining, Envisage have helped with strategy planning and investment which has enabled a lot of practice growth.
We’ve introduced a digital pathway for patients, investing in new technology and equipment. We’ve also recently extended the practice, building a separate hygiene suite to focus on preventative perio for our patients.
